The Desert Irish Wolfhound Association (DIWA) is committed to improving the health and welfare of Irish wolfhounds.  DIWA began when a group of Irish wolfhound owners in Arizona got together to share information about their favorite breed.

Today, DIWA members and their dogs participate in rescue and educational events, festivals and parades, and other community events in order to foster an interest in and to increase knowledge about this wonderful ancient breed.

Members enjoy the benefit of educational programs, participation in events, and the opportunity to share information and enjoy good times with their Irish wolfhounds.

If you are not a member, and you have questions about the breed, please go to
Irish Wolfhound Club of America to find a wealth of information and links.
